When you submit an enquiry through our website we collect your name, email address, phone number and any additional details you provide such as company name, number of guests and event preferences. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and plan your event. We do not use it for marketing unless you have ticked the separate consent checkbox on the form.
Table reservations
When you book a table through our reservation system we collect your name, email address, phone number and booking details. We use this to confirm and manage your reservation and to send you an automatic reminder before your visit.
Loyalty programme
When you join the Bacaro Veneziano loyalty programme we collect your name, email address and date of birth. We use your name and email to manage your account and communicate your points balance and rewards. We use your date of birth solely to send you a birthday reward. We record visit frequency and spend data to calculate and apply your points. This data is stored on the loyalty platform and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. You can request deletion of your loyalty account at any time by emailing us.
Marketing communications
We only send marketing emails or event updates to people who have explicitly opted in by ticking the consent checkbox on one of our forms. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing us or clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication we send.
