Does Bacaro Veneziano have a wine bar?

Yes. Birkirkara's only Italian wine bar, open every evening with Italian wines, cicchetti and charcuterie boards.

What are cicchetti?

Cicchetti are Venetian small bites, prepared fresh to order as in the original Venetian tradition. At Bacaro we never display them under glass.

Do you serve seafood?

Yes. We serve Italian seafood dishes that change daily based on the freshest catch available, drawing from the Venetian tradition where the sea is as important as the land.

Do you serve charcuterie boards?

Yes. Italian charcuterie and cheese boards are available every evening, made to share and linger over.

What time does the wine bar open?

Tuesday to Thursday 18:00 to 22:00. Friday and Saturday 18:00 to 23:00. Sunday and Monday: dinner not served.

Do you have a tiramisu?

Yes. Made fresh daily following the original Treviso tradition, served al cucchiaio. One of the best things on the menu.

Do I need to book?

Walk-ins are always welcome. For weekends and groups of 4 or more, booking ahead is recommended.
